电气工程师：2名

要求：
1、本科及以上学历，专业为电力电子，工业自动化或者相关专业
2、可用英文进行沟通和汇报
3、具有使用EDA软件进行电路设计，仿真，调试和PCB布板经验
4、具有功率电子电路的开发经验
5、对电路的抗干扰技术有一定了解

3: Corporate with international team to conduct new product introduction,
4: Part qualification and supplier audit,
5: Set up, verify and extend the mechanical test capability,
6: Report to department manager to meet project time lines.

电子工程师（PCB 电路设计）：1名

要求：
1、本科及以上学历专业为电力电子，工业自动化或者相关专业
2、可用英文进行沟通和汇报

工艺工程师：1 名

要求：
大专及以上学历机械或者机电专业

●Drive manufacturing processes and production flow, set up production lay out
促进生产工艺流程以及产品线，制定生产设计

●Knows well about the production line setup, capacity analysis and 5S maintenance
十分熟悉生产线的设计，性能设计以及5s维护

●Establish and communicate manufacturing support documents, procedures or specifications (working instruction, routines, cost control, drawings, set ups...)
建立以及传达生产支持性文档，步骤或者标准（作业指导书，规范，成本控制，制图，设计等）

●Knows well about the assembly and common electrical tests of the welding machine or other similar equipment.
熟悉焊机或者类似产品的装配以及普电测试

●Ability to manage day to day production support and problem solving independently and quickly, as well as developing the vision of manufacturing continuous improvement

●Design the fixtures needed for production or modify the current fixtures or equipments.
