Overall Purpose of the Role
To provide an efficient and effective support service in respect of all purchasing administration. Give excellent service at all times to relevant internal and external stakeholders help desk and metro accounts.
Support and coordinate related purchasing routines and projects to ensure the team are working smoothly and able to deliver results in timely manner.
Key Accountabilities
- Ensures the safe and ethical sourcing of great products and services.
- To understand and promote the safe, ethical, environmental and local credentials of category, products and/or services.
- Take reasonable care for your own health and safety and that of others who may be affected by what you do or what you fail to do.
- Co-operate with your line manager on HSE matters.
- All suppliers CMI or Safe Contractor accredited.
- Product recalls.
- All on site incidents reported.
- Support buyer on related tasks.
- Support Purchase Director to coordinate with regional Purchasing manager.
- Support Supply Chain and Support Service manager with related tasks.
- Communicate and interact with department contact window and assistant for related task and routine.
- Help Desk response in time and management service level with monthly report.
- Support Commercial Analyst to collect data and coordinate among regions.
- File and track contract and purchase requests and purchase team expenses.
- Accurate and on-time report collection.
- Positive team member feedback.
- Clear breakdown and file management.
- Help Desk report on time update and right response against SOP.
- Compliance Rate Audit - Purchase contract.
- Maintain a professional image.
- All unit issues resolved.
- Support sales to develop financially sound bids and proposals.
- Support Market leading product and service innovation that differentiates us in our chosen markets.
- Develop and maintain a great internal and external network and working relationships with key stakeholders.
- Support the development of robust consumer product promotions.

- Great experience of school activity
- Understands the principles of basic business operation.
