1.      Sales Engineer/销售工程师 – 2名             (机械/汽车相关)
2.      Application Engineer/应用工程师 – 2名       (机械/液压/机电一体相关)
3.      Application Engineer/应用工程师 – 2名       (汽车/电子工程/电气控制相关)
4.      Design Engineer/设计工程师 – 3名            (机械/液压/机电一体相关)
5.      Analysis Engineer/分析工程师 – 2名          (机械/液压/机电一体相关)

1.    Sales Engineer / 销售工程师 – PPC & Gits
Responsibilities:
1)     Assist to develop potential new customers, and track the project status closely;
2)     Follow up the customer orders, invoice, AR collection and others;
3)     Assist the sales and marketing plan and perform well to meet/exceed the targets;
4)     Coordinate with the customers to solve issues such as logistics, after sales, quality and others.
 
Requirements:
1)     Technical major, mechanical preferred;
2)     Good PC skill;
3)     Fluent oral English, CET Band 6 is a must;
4)     Teamwork spirit;
5)     Ready for frequent business traveling.
 
Others:
Generic training plans for fresh graduates and on-the-job training courses will be arranged in the 1st year of hiring;
Salary structure: base pay, sales performance bonus.
 
 
 
2.    Application Engineer / 应用工程师 – Enerpac
Responsibilities:
1)     Report to senior application engineer for the 1st year;
2)     Be actively involved in daily support to assist technical design and production implementation and perform troubleshooting as per smooth production requires;
3)     Assist to prepare documentations and reports such as production flow chart, visiting report, proposal, etc. standardize operation standard time;
4)     Assist to continuously apply modern industrial engineering technology into production lines to form a flexible, agile, and lean manufacturing environment;
5)     For the 2nd year, job rotation may be planning or other engineering related position.
 
Requirements:
1)     Mechanical, Electronic related majors preferred;
2)     Good PC skill;
3)     Fluent oral English, CET Band 6 is a must;
4)     Teamwork spirit, willing to communicate cross-functional/business units;
5)     Work with passion, high sense of responsibility.
 
Others:
Generic training plans for fresh graduates and on-the-job training courses will be arranged in the 1st year of hiring;
Oversea training arrangement may be considered if production transition occurs after the 1st year of hiring occurs.
 
 
 
3.    Application Engineer / 应用工程师 – Maxima
Responsibilities:
1)     Evaluate customer technical requirements on standard and customized vehicle instrumentation. Recommend the right products for customer;
2)     Understand customer technical requirements and work with design engineer to define the new product design concept;
3)     Work with OEM customer to do the field test with Maxima instrumentation and complete the field test report;
4)     Work with OEM customer to validate the working conditions of vehicles and find out the failure mode of instrumentation;
5)     Develop and maintain good relationship with technical people from customer side;
6)     Train customer on knowledge of Maxima products and how to apply on their vehicle;
7)     Serve as liaison between the customer and Maxima, work closely with Maxima global engineering team;
8)     Manage and follow through specific projects.
 
Requirements:
1)     B.S in Mechanical / Electrical / Software;
2)     Knowledge of Mechanical design tool (Auto CAD, PROE) is a plus;
3)     Knowledge of software is plus;
4)     Good oral & written English communication skill, problem solving and interpersonal skills required;
5)     Self-motivated, energetic, passionate and confront challenges;
6)     Strong adaptability for new position and environment;
7)     Independent, hardworking and team player;
8)     Excellent communication skill and customer oriented;
9)     Can deal with frequent business trip (20-30% of time).
 
 
 
4.    Design Engineer / 设计工程师 – Engineering
Responsibilities:
1)     Evaluate customer requirements for standard and customized products, work with marketing and product management team to develop detailed product specification;
2)     Change product specification into technical solution, design product/system to meet product requirements;
3)     Develop process engineering solution to meet the manufacturability requirement of the designed product;
4)     Come up with different phases of prototype for technical evaluation with involvement of operation, sourcing teams, serve as the major player for testing development and execution;
5)     Apply new product development process to design practice with use of hydraulic know-how, FMEA, DFMA, SPC, etc.;
6)     Apply PDM solution from the company, and use AutoCAD, defined 3D modeling tools for design practice;
7)     Document development results as drawings, technical notes, IP, and etc., as required in different development phases;
8)     Coordinate and support inter-functional activities with the local and oversea teams with initiatives, team-work spirit.
 
Requirements:
1)     M.S in Mechanical / Hydraulic engineering or B.S with hands-on design practice (University projects considered);
2)     Solid knowledge of mechanical product/system design, preferably for hydraulic system design;
3)     Solid knowledge for process engineering solution development is a plus;
4)     Knowledge of tools such as FMEA, DFMA, SPC is desirable;
5)     Knowledge of Mechanical design tool (Auto CAD, PROE) is a must;
6)     Good English skill for both oral & written form;
7)     Good problem solving and interpersonal skills required;
8)     Self motivated, team work oriented, capable of working in an environment for a growing, progressive, process-oriented enterprise;
9)     Can travel and work on customer side from time to time.
 
 
 
5.    Analysis Engineer / 分析工程师 – Engineering
Responsibilities:
1)     Concept design of hydraulic system, determine and verify hydraulic system parameters with calculation and simulation;
2)     Verify system structure based on design engineer input from mechanical and hydraulic aspects, provide design change feedback to design engineer;
3)     Verify calculation and simulation results via testing, iteratively run simulation and calculation VS testing;
4)     Possibly have job rotation as design engineer;
5)     Develop modeling and calculation tools for hydraulic system analysis;
6)     Apply PDM solution from the company, and use AutoCAD, defined 3D modeling tools for design practice;
7)     Document development results as drawings, technical notes, IP, and etc., as required in different development phases;
8)     Coordinate and support inter-functional activities with the local and oversea teams with initiatives, team-work spirit.
 
Requirements:
1)     M.S in Mechanical / Hydraulic engineering with hands-on analysis experience (University projects considered);
2)     Solid knowledge of mechanical structure analysis, and hydraulic system analysis;
3)     Design knowledge for mechanical product/system design, preferably for hydraulic system design is a plus;
4)     Experienced in using FEA tools, such as Nastran, ANSYS, or Fluent;
5)     Knowledge of Mechanical design tool (Auto CAD, PROE) is a must;
6)     Good English skill for both oral & written form;
7)     Good problem solving and interpersonal skills required;
8)     Self motivated, team work oriented, capable of working in an environment for a growing, progressive, process-oriented enterprise.
 
 
 
6.    Manufacturing Engineer / 制造工程师 – Enerpac, PPC & Gits, Maxima, ENS
Responsibilities:
1)     Report to senior manufacturing engineer for the 1st year;

3)     Assist to prepare documentations and reports such as plant layout, production flow chart, visiting report, proposal... etc. standardize operation standard time;

5)     For the 2nd year, job rotation may be planning or other operation related position.
 
Requirements:
1)     Mechanical, Electronic related majors preferred;

7.    Sourcing Engineer / 采购工程师 – Supply Chain
Responsibilities:
1)    Assist Buyer of indirect material purchasing for the 1st year;
2)    For the 2nd year, job rotation may be Junior sourcing engineer;
3)    Develops and maintains systems to support sourcing information needs;
4)    Be actively involved in daily support to purchasing team and perform necessary proposal for every sourcing request;
5)    Assist to prepare documentations and reports such as purchasing order, payment request, supplier evaluation, quotation comparison, visiting report, proposal, etc;
6)    Assist to continuously apply total cost of owner model into every sourcing request, support purchasing team to make right decision;
7)    Other jobs assigned by superior.
 
Requirements:
1)    Mechanical, Electronic related majors preferred;
2)    Good PC skill;
3)    Fluent oral English;
4)    Teamwork spirit, willing to communicate cross-functional/business units;
5)    Work with passion, high sense of responsibility.
 
 
 
8.    Project Assistant / 项目助理 – Project
Responsibilities:
1)    Report to Project Coordinator;
2)    Be actively involved in support of different critical projects, including but not limited to production lines transfer, processes standardizations, new product development, etc.;
3)    Assist to prepare project budget estimation, and other documentations such as project charter, Gantt chart, training materials;
4)    Assist to continuously apply lean manufacturing methods to both operations and business processes.
 
Requirements:
1)    Engineering related majors, preferably Mechanical or Industrial;
2)    Any Project Management coursework a plus;
3)    Attentive and detail oriented;
4)    Good PC skill;
5)    Fluent oral English, CET Band 6 is a must;
6)    Teamwork spirit, willing to communicate cross-functional/business units;
7)    Work with passion, high sense of responsibility.
 
Others:
Project management fundamentals training will be arranged internally.  Outside trainings will also be provided.
 
 
 
9.    Accountant / 财务会计 – Finance
Responsibilities:
Start from AP in accounting for the first 6 months, then job rotations to AR, GL, Analyst (Cost/Treasury/Reporting) accordingly, depending on the capabilities, performance and persona career interest.
 
Requirements:
1)    Accounting major is a must;
2)    Good PC skills;
3)    Fluent oral English, CET Band 6 is a must;
4)    Teamwork spirit, good people skill.
 
Others:
Generic training plans for fresh graduates and on-the-job training courses will be arranged in the 1st year of hiring;
Oversea training arrangement may be considered after 2 or 3 years if the performance and capabilities are recognized.
