Position:Process Engineer(工艺工程师/制程工程师）
Location:Zhuhai

Responsibilities:
To provide advice and guidance to managers and staff on the most efficient and effective engineering processes to meet production requirements.
l         Responsible for analysis on production result, set up production guideline and work instructions, carry out defect/failure analysis and push for quality improvement and solutions.
l         Review product design and recommend on manufacturability, and make design recommendations/suggestions to the design team.
l         Monitor and review all engineering processes, documentation, tools, and plant and computer software to ensure that these operate effectively and are appropriate to meet production targets.
l         Recommend design requirements and modifications to company products to ensure that they meet production standards and existing and future customer requirements.
l         Review and evaluate any new equipment and processes to ensure that they meet production requirements.
l         Review the engineering process and cost implications of proposed new products.
l         Recommend any necessary changes to engineering processes to improve efficiency, effectiveness and product quality.
l         Establish and maintain contacts with external suppliers to advise them of any design constraints and requirements on machinery and equipment supplied.
l         Maintain an awareness of developments in the field of production engineering to ensure that the company continues to apply the most effective processes and equipment.

Requirements:
Education:
Degree in Mechanical / Manufacturing Engineering

Working Experience:
l         At least 1-year experience in process engineering related to manufacturing industry
l         Experience in process design is essential
l         Extensive knowledge of manufacturing and production processes with experience in production line
l         Strong organisational and interpersonal skills.
l         Able to meet task schedule.

Skill Set:
l         Proven problem solving ability, competence in MS Office is essential while experience in Solid Edge 3D modelling and SAP would be an advantage although training will be provided
l         Proficient in English and Putonghua
