Aston HR Consulting (Shanghai) Ltd is a Sino British joint venture between Empresaria Group and a Chinese Human Resources company. The company has three different business areas:
    --Executive Recruitment, servicing mainly the mid to senior end of the market, search & selection is the core of practice, industry coverage focuses on Banking & Finance, ICT & Industry Groups and FMCG;
    --Professional Training, for mainly Corporate Executive programmes and professional qualificational training;
    --HR Outsourcing, undertakes many HR functions for a company including payroll, benefits, work permit, staff assessment, etc.
    Empresaria is a diversified staffing group listed on LSE/AIM since 1999, currently consists of 49 staffing companies across different sectors and 2 specialist training business. Apart from the UK, it has operations in the US, Japan, Australia, Poland, China and India.
   

工作职责：
    1.充分理解客户需求，完成客户岗位职责的分析；
    2.制定完善的人才寻访方案；
    3.寻访目标候选人，负责甄选、面试、评估候选人，为候选人提供专业的职业规划帮助，帮助其找到最优的职业发展路线；
    4.向客户提供专业化、标准化以及系统的人才推荐报告；
    5.协调和推动客户进一步安排候选人的面试并及时反馈面试结果；
    6.向客户提供完善的候选人背景调查、薪资谈判及后续跟踪服务；
    7.协调客户和被录用者之间良好的关系，关注被录用者的职业发展；
    8.深入挖掘新老客户的招聘需求，维护客户关系，进行客户拓展工作；
    9.按照公司的要求完成各项KPI指标。
   
    职位要求：
    1.全日制本科及以上学历，3年以上工作经历；
    2.熟悉IT、金融行业相关职位；
    3.具有猎头行业、人力资源或销售相关从业经验者优先；
    4.个性成熟、有亲和力，性格开朗、乐观积极；
    5.优秀的协调能力和出色的沟通、说服、引导能力；
    6.良好的团队协作能力，富有高度的责任心与职业操守；
    7.较强的学习能力、优秀的执行力；
    8.能够承受工作压力，具备独立的发现、分析及解决问题的能力；
    9.英语CET-4级或以上，office办公软件操作熟练。
