Role Summary/Purpose
       The Information Management Leadership Program (IMLP) is a key entry point for information management professionals in GE. This program is to attract and further develop candidates with Computer Engineering or related degree, in technical skill, leadership abilities and business acumen.

IMLP accelerates development of entry-level talent to meeting up with future challenges in IT function at GE. It is a 2-year program through four challenging 6-month assignments and world-class training. It provides an opportunity to understand your strength and weakness, and therefore better prepared for future challenges.

·Business analysis

Responsibilities

The IMLP curriculum is designed to give members the opportunity to experience the entire IT function at GE through a balance of challenging rotational assignments and virtual and face-to-face course work.

Qualifications/Requirements

·Fresh graduate of 2012, or with less than 2 year work experiences

·Degree holder of CIS, Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Systems, Information Resource Mgmt, Information Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, MIS, Systems Eng

·Outstanding academic achievements, committed to a career in information technology

·Leadership roles on campus or in the community, strong learning capability

·Good analytical problem solving skills and communication skills, fluency English

·Business acumen and self-motivation

·Ability to deal effectively with challenging situations
