How we manage energy today will determine the kind of world we live in tomorrow. Whether it is solar power in rural India, wind power in Europe, or cleaner coal in the U.S., GE’s diverse portfolio of power generation products and services is changing the way we think about power.
OMLP accelerates development of entry-level talent and produces leaders capable of meeting the challenges facing the operations function at GE. GE Operations Management Leadership Program (OMLP) is an intense 2-year entry-level operations development program requiring 4 challenging rotational assignments in various GE Energy Supply Chain functions.
OMLP is a pipeline for GE leaders Globally - in the past 50 + years, there have been over 1560 graduates of the program. Many of the graduates currently hold senior leadership positions within GE Energy.
Qualifications Required:
• Candidates interested in career in GSCM – for GE Energy business
• BS or MS degree in an Engineering discipline
• Excellent academic record
• Leadership: strong analytical capability, good communication skills, fluent English and global mindset
• Steep Learning Curve and geographic mobility, ready for assignments in 2-3 different locations during the program
• Candidates willing to work in manufacturing (shop floor)
• Passion for excellence with high integrity, commitment to quality
• Willing to take off-program assignment in Nanjing based on business requirement
