Mechanical Designer / Engineer

机械设计师 、工程师

Job Responsibilities:

1.         To be responsible for the maintenance, upgrade or development of air conditioning products

对现有产品维护，改进以及开发新产品

2.         Produce accurate design documentation from instructions, schematics or ideas of self and other team members

充分与同事合作，思考，从设计图表，结构说明出发建立准确的设计文件

3.         Ensure all product design meet company standards, especially those of safety, quality and reliability

根据公司标准设计产品，使其在安全，质量以及可靠性方面达到要求

4.         Participate in product prototype building

参与产品样机搭建

Job Requirements:

1.         Major in mechanical/ engineering related

机械或相关专业

2.         Be familiar with common office software application and customization tools. Especially with AUTOCAD, Pro-e or Inventor.

熟练运用基本办公室软件，如WORD, EXCEL, POWERPOINT及专业软件，如AUTOCAD, Pro-e or Inventor

3.         Knowledge and experience in assigned areas: materials and component selection, detailed mechanical design, fabrication, sheet metal, piping, welding and casting.

Electrical Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

1.         Assist setting up wireless test system.

2.         Assist executing test procedures for wireless system.

3.         Log test CRs into Star Team using English.

4.         Work with American software developer to track and solve CRs.

Job Requirements:

1.         Be familiar with Microsoft tools such as Word, Excel, Outlook

2.         Know about electric devices such as tester

3.         English read and write capability

4.         Major in Computer or Computer related

5.         Good at communication

HVAC System Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

Work as a member of the Trane Residential Systems Engineering & Technology Team to develop systems of residential products, i.e. air conditioners, heat pumps, furnaces, air handlers.  Primary focus on residential packaged product lines as well as delivering validated system designs for assigned projects.

1.         To be responsible for the coordination of a team of Electrical, Analysis and Mechanical engineers and Technicians for the development of product from conception to manufacture

2.         Develop major components for specific projects in air conditioning

3.         Develop control logic and test plan

4.         Test and qualify part and prototypes of the overall unit

5.         Provide technical data for catalogues and engineering specifications

6.         Continue analysis of competitors’ data

Job Requirements:

1.         BS or Master Degree in Thermodynamics, heat Transfer and refrigeration.

2.         Knowledge of fluid dynamics and thermodynamics

3.         Understanding of residential HVAC and air quality systems, application

4.         Problem assessment and problem solving skills

5.         Good verbal and written communication skills in both Chinese and English

6.         10% travel required

Embedded Software Engineer

Job Description:

1.         Develop embedded control software for HVAC(Heating Ventilating & Air Conditioning) equipment and systems.

2.         Design and code real-time software for electronic controls to meet quality and functional requirements.

3.         Integrate software with hardware--test and verify product functionality.

4.         Document software design from system level to detail level.

5.         Work as a member of a development team with project, software, hardware, and algorithm engineers to meet overall project goals.

6.         Maintain, upgrade, and enhance production software.

7.         Help advance software development tools, technology, and processes within Control Systems.

8.         Follow departmental software development procedures.

9.         Generate software development schedules, report on progress, and meet schedule goals.

Job Specification:

Education and Experience Requirements:

1.         Excellent verbal and written English skills

2.         Master’s degree or above in electrical/computer/software engineering or equivalent required

3.         Solid C/C and Object-Oriented Software design experience required.

4.         Experience with UML development tools, such as I-Logix Rhapsody, preferred.

5.         HVAC(Heating Ventilating & Air Conditioning) equipment and system knowledge a plus

6.         Results oriented and self-starter

7.         Strong team player

Lab Technician

实验室技师

Job Responsibilities:

1.        根据试验要求和计划完成各项测试任务。

2.        对每轮产生的试验数据进行检查，是否符合数据质量标准要求。

3.        根据试验情况完成并更新测试项目的test log。

4.        试验中的问题进行初步分析判断，并及时将问题和分析结果反映给测试工程师审核。

5.        根据各项管理流程，统计各项管理数据并填写报表。（FTR、 OEE、交接班记录）

6.        按照设备管理流程规定，配合设备部门，作好设备管理工作。

7.        完成规定的本测试台各项5S工作。

Job Specifications:

1.        制冷空调及机械电气相关专业。

2.        大专以上学历。

3.        有一定英语读写能力。
