Job Title Business Development Associate (Chinese Citizen)

Roles and responsibilities • This is a unique opportunity for a young, ambitious individual to help a leading Asian specialty chemicals company in identifying customers and initiating sales to Chinese companies in the electronics industry. We are seeking an aggressive and motivated business development professional who can be part of the company's growth story in China.
- Identify new business opportunities by identifying prospective customers and evaluating their product requirements
- - Generate sales by developing relationships with customers, and recommending appropriate product solutions.
- - Use your own industry contacts, use our prospect list, and find new prospects through cold calling
- - Responsible for pre-sales activities, arranging samples, preparing quotations, and researching the market to identify competitor pricing and other relevant information
- - After sales are confirmed, make sure that products reach customers by coordinating with the shipping agencies and handling customs
- - Meet or exceed revenue targets and receive commissions and bonuses
- - Some travel within China may be required, as well as occasionally to company's headquarters overseas
Skill Set - Chinese citizen
- Bachelors degree or above in Chemistry
- Age 21 or above
- Fluent English (speaking, reading, writing) including technical or scientific terms
- Excellent work ethic and professionalism
- Self-starter and motivated by high earning potential
Work experience 0-1 year
Salary range (in RMB per month) Base salary plus commission and bonus
