Position: Researcher Intern

Job responsibilities:

General Research:
- Assist in developing a list of target companies to which candidates  can be sourced for a particular recruitment project
- Search candidates for assigned recruitment projects by cold calling.
- Conduct cold calls to relevant candidates based on the target list and collect /define profiles of potential candidates.
- Collection and input of potential candidates’ profiles into systemized database

Requirements:
- Good communication skills and research skill
- Good command in English writing and speaking
- Great willingness to learn and cooperate

- Open personality and ready to undertake challenges
