Process Engineer (Assembly )

Recruiting Number:2

Job Description

1.Be able to design the layout of the production line

2.Prepare the instruction for assembly, test and final inspection

3.Make sure workers to follow the instruction

4.Be responsible for define the toolings (assembly, package, transport)

5.Be responsible for the new project phasing in

Educational requirements

1.Bachelor degree or above, major in Mechanical Engineering

2.Good read, oral and listening English

3.Familiar with AutoCAD and general software

?Product Engineer(CR)

?Job Description

1. Localizations of new designs with improved performance and optimized cost (preparation of technical drawings/specifications, compilation of technical reports, lab tests of prototypes).

2. Make new designs of (electrical/mechanical) components and subassemblies for compressors and generators, based on requirements of local markets.

3. Evaluate cost and quality of the designs.

4. Continuous quality improvement of all current products, combined with cost reduction projects.

Educational requirements

1. Bachelor or master degree in Mechanical Engineering, graduated in the field of Thermodynamics, compressors, cryogenics will be a plus.

2. Basic knowledge in machinery design and willing to learn in technical area.

1.New supplier Introduction, market survey by using IT technology and other information channel, analyse the information and select potential supplier

Implement AC Wuxi sourcing strategy, use supplier selection criteria and skill to audit the potential supplier and select suitable supplier

2.New products PPAP follow-up , clarify and communicate with supplier about our requirement, follow-up the procedure of PPAP

3.Supplier management, establish logistic system with supplier, set up the target for in time delivery and follow-up, timely solve the delivery issues in daily operation.Set up partnership with supplier

Support SQA to improve supplier delivery ,quality and process

1.Bachelor degree or above, mechanical major is preferred

Technical Service Support

1. In close cooperation with the technical support team in customer centers. support them for electrical issues, this could be helping to find a drawing and /or some electrical parts ,releasing ECB and so on.

2. In close cooperation with the technical support team in airpower, Belgium to follow up the quality of CKD electrical parts and send feedback for quality improvements.

3. Electrical failure issues analysis, for example, control programme failure or VSD converter failure.

4. In close cooperation with the engineering division in AtlasCopco Wuxi for new projects.

5. Warranty cost analysis and control.

Educational requirements

1. Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering, graduated in the field of Automation Control, Electric Design will be a plus.

2. Basic knowledge in electrical service and willing to learn in technical area.

3.Good English both oral and written.

4. Knowledge of MS Office. Experience with CAD tools is an asset.

Noise & Vibration Engineer
