Senior/ Process Engineer

The Job

·         Perform and characterise process and equipment systems to maintain, control and improve process parameters

·         Troubleshoot process deviations and equipment malfunctions to improve process quality and productivity

·         Implement projects and lead a team to improve process capabilities and reliability

·         Improve manufacturing yield and quality

·         Install equipment and set up process specifications

Requirements

·         Degree in Material Science or Electrical & Electronics/ Chemical Engineering,

·         Ability to work in a cross-functional team

·         Technical skills including problem-solving, statistical data analysis and design of experiment

Device/ Yield Enhancement Engineer

The Job

·   Drive and manage continual yield improvement

·   Perform daily monitoring of EWS yield with in-depth analysis

·   Handle daily EWS scrap management with fast feedback & corrective actions through failure analysis

·   Work closely with Device Engineering Team from mother fab to improve test/ fab yield

Requirements

·   Degree in Science (Physics) or Electronics/ Electrical Engineering

·   Good interpersonal and communication skills

Process Control Engineer

The Job

·         Ensure and improve process control activities to guarantee quality

·         Support production activities through real-time response, problem-solving & analysis to prevent reoccurrence

·         Set up action plans to improve measurements’ accuracy & repeatability

·         Involve in metrology improvement projects to enhance manufacturing robustness and the measurement processes

Requirements

·         Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/ Electronics Engineering, Physics or Material Science

·         Familiar with technical skills eg. 8D, SPC, data mining & analysis, FMEA, GRR%, DOE, etc.

·         Able to lead and participate in cross-functional teams

·         Good interpersonal skills and a problem-solving mindset

Product Engineer

The Job

•  Undertake product transfers and modification of test programs

•  Liaise with Divisional Product Engineering Teams and local support groups to ensure smooth production

•  Embark on continuous improvement projects to enhance testing methods, quality and productivity

• Work closely with Device & Process Engineering Teams to improve manufacturing yield

Requirements

•     Degree in Electrical/Electronics/ Microelectronics Engineering

•  Good interpersonal skills

Senior/ Equipment Engineer

The Job

·   Lead the Equipment Engineering Support Team for in-depth technical analysis on equipment and process-related matters

·   Carry out effective planning for corrective and preventive measures to maintain high equipment reliability and process stability with minimal resource requirements

·   Perform semiconductor manufacturing equipment start-up, evaluation, installation and maintenance

·   Analyse equipment failure pareto to carry out continuous improvement projects and achieve higher equipment uptime

Requirements

·   Degree in Electronics/Electrical/ Mechatronics Engineering

·   Self-motivated with sound knowledge of equipment interfacing in an MES environment

·   Good team player
