Responsibilities:
1 Monitor proper use of company properties
2 Develop internal administrative procedures
3 Control administrative cost
4 Work with all of the office related vendors to ensure high quality service, deliveries and fast turnaround on issues
5 Maintain all office equipment and necessary office supplies
6 Assist in important activities and events
1 Manage petty cash and arrange office expense payment
2 Coordinate the issues with local bank
3 Supervise office cost and control the cost
4 Provide administrative support on various projects
1 Manage human resources in the Office, including staff recruiting, selection and orientation; work assignments and teaming; counseling, disciplining and discharge.
2 Verify the monthly payroll for all employees, and do the salary payment every month
