Senior ASIC Engineer

Job Description:

· Micro-architecture specification

· RTL coding, functional verification, performance analysis, and synthesis.

· IP selection and verification

· Design methodology definition chip test and final silicon bring-up

· System engineering support

Requirements:

· BS or higher degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering

· Minimum 5 years of experience in integrated circuit engineering

· Familiar with parallel computing and stream processor concept a plus

· Prefer to have gone through the full ASIC project cycle from micro-architecture, RTL coding, tape-out, to silicon bring-up

· Good team work with high self-motivation

高级测试工程师

Senior Test Engineer

Job Description:

· Responsible for the DFT design on SoC chips.

· Develop a full automation flow to do scan chain insertion, ATPG, memory BIST insertion, boundary scan and JTAG controller insertion.

· Implement, verify and debug the DFT flow.

Requirements:

· Bachelor or above in Electronics or Computer Engineering or equivalent.

· Strong knowledge of DFT including scan, ATPG, memory BIST, on-chip scan compression, fault models, BSD and JTAG, and some popular testers.

· Hand on experience in various DFT tools such as DFT compiler, TetraMax, BSD compiler, FastScan, MBist, Encounter Test, etc.

· Familiar with Synthesis and STA.

· Familiar with writing scripts such as Perl, TCL, shell scripts, etc.

· Have at least 4 years of industry experience in DFT area and successfully developing the DFT design on SoC chips.

Senior Embedded Linux Engineer

Job Description:

· Analyze software requirements for hand-held devices

· Work with engineering management to scope tasks and define development roadmaps

· Provide system software support to device manufacturers

· Debug, troubleshoot and integrate system software at the board level

· Set up automated testing environment to maintain stability of system software

Requirements:

· BS or higher degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering with focus on systems software

· Minimum of 2 years’ experience in embedded linux development

· Good understanding and hands-on experience on embedded linux and linux architecture

· Experience with Android a plus

· Experience with programming in C, C , Java and the popular scripting languages

Job Description:

· Ability to program in C, C  and Java in cross-platform development environments

· Experience in developing device drivers in linux-based operating systems

Video and Image Application Engineer

Job Description:

· Bring up multi-media player software in linux distros

· Tune and optimize software video decoders to improve performance on target system

· Integrate decoders into the system application framework

· Perform follow-on work in image analysis and post-processing

Requirements:

· BS or higher degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering with a multi-media software focus

· Experience with video compression algorithms and image pre/post processing

· Familiarity with video standards like H.264, MPEG4, MPEG2, VC1, VPx, RMx, WMV, H261, H263

· Ability to program in C and C

· Ability to tune software for performance by catering to hardware resource limitations

Job Description:

· Develop and debug demo application software for the Mobile Internet Device (MID), PND, and Set-top box type devices.

· Assist customers in developing, debugging and implementing application software and systems.

· Build and port application software onto embedded system.

· Involve in technical documentation to help customers get familiar with company products and their features.

· Build test cases and test code for application platform.

Requirements:

· University Degree in Electronic / Computing Engineering or equivalent

· Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in product development from inception to product delivery

· Experience with embedded system, multi-threaded programming is highly desirable

· Experience with digital hardware circuit design, power control, is highly desirable.

Verification Engineer

Job Description:

· Responsible for MVP-based SoC verification

· Set up and maintain automated verification environment

· Develop C/C  based testcases, achieve the higest coverage as possible for the SoC verification

· Perform the third party IPs (i.e. USB, DDR) evaluation and integration verification

· Support board level bring-up

Requirements:

· BS or higher degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering

· Minimum 3 years of experience in SoC/ASIC engineering

· A strong background in software, along with familiarity with SoC/ASIC design flows

· Knowledge of multi-thread/multi-core a plus

· FPGA developing/debugging and Lab skill a plus

Compiler Engineer

Job Description:

· Re-target popular open source compilers to ICube’s processor/ISA 

· Provide compiler support for shading languages like OpenGL ES and implement their interfaces according to ICube’s GPU spec

· Implement JIT compilers for ICube’s processor 

· Tune the compilers to optimize program performance on ICube’s processor 

Requirements:

· M.S degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering focusing on compiler implementation 

· Ability to program in C, C  and Java 

· Working knowledge of compiler phase structures, program representation, program optimization and transformation techniques, code generation, instruction level parallelism 

· Ability to tune for performance in assembly language 

· Good team work with high self-motivation
