Job Description

Position Title:  ICTS Intern

Working Time: 3-5 days per week 

Major:  No strict limitation, Logistics/Business is preferred

Span:    6 months are preferred

Major Responsibility:
Place purchase orders, coordinate shipments 
To execute the co-packing plan and place co-packing order to 3PL 
Prepare documents for declaration and clearance. 
Update the shipment tracking Form and System 
Responsible for daily recruitment including candidates sourcing, arrange telephone and face to face interview. 
Prepare Purchase Request (PR) of the project.
