To utilize programming techniques to develop, troubleshoot, support and test application programs and solutions and work on moderately complex projects on specified phases of applications programs with the objective to assist team in developing information system solutions for FedEx internal users or customers.

To provide professional technology support in the configuration, maintenance, modification and assist in implementing of IT equipment at responsible area base; to assist in providing service and support for deployed technologies to internal and external customers; to support the project team to support business goal.

在所负责的区域，对IT设备的配置、维护、修改和实施，提供专业技术支持; 对内/外部用户，为配置的技术，协助提供服务与支援；支持项目小组实现企业目标。

1. 工商管理，计算机科学，工程学，信息系统管理或相关学科的本科或同等学历

2. 有安装, 维护和诊断信息技术、音频和数据通讯或其他IT系统的实习经验优先

3. 具备软/硬件，音频和数据通讯技术知识。
