Accountability:
Finance trainee is the entry level of Finance &Accounting function, and pipeline for future leaders and managers. Assignments will start from junior positions to build solid foundation. Specific assignments will include accounting shared service, cost analysis, planning and reporting, financial analysis, and internal control.

Academic Qualifications
-Bachelor degree or above; Preferably major in accounting, Finance, Economics or
Business Administration;
-GPA rating in the class: top 30%;
-CPA or other accounting professional certificate is a plus;
-Oversea study experience will be a plus.
Competency or Experience:
-Deserve for China Agriculture industry development and advancement;
-Excellent analytic skill, and mastery on Microsoft Office 2007;
-Proficiency in English speaking, listening, reading and writing;
-Study or work experience on Agriculture industry will be a plus.
