Objective

To gain an understanding of the business while contributing to the growth and development of the firm and integrate into the Jones Lang LaSalle organizational system, culture and values.

Accountabilities

You will have the opportunity to undergo training in different departments of Jones Lang LaSalle through which you will receive broad exposure to key real estate disciplines, learn and apply the basic business and interpersonal skills that are critical right through your career. Primarily you assist the Directors on work for clients by:

  • Providing a range of property services as required to build on existing relationship and to secure new and repeat business.
  • Collecting and analyzing data to enable major transactions to be secured.
  • Preparing written and PowerPoint based proposals and presentations.
  • Preparing reports.
  • Organizing / conducting site inspections.
  • Providing general support to the team in pitching for and implementing of services.

 

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree and above
  • Good academic results
  • Proficient English written and spoken capability
