Are you ready???   Department: RAC (Oracle Real Application Clusters) Working Location: Shenzhen   PRODUCT OVERVIEW:   Oracle Real Application Clusters (RAC) is an option to the award-winning Oracle Database Enterprise Edition. Oracle RAC is a cluster database with a shared cache architecture that overcomes the limitations of traditional shared-nothing and shared-disk approaches to provide highly scalable and available database solutions for all business applications. Oracle RAC is a key component of Oracle's private cloud architecture.   KEY OBJECTIVE:   These individuals will be responsible for implementing, maintaining, and enhancing test plans, test scripts, and test methodologies that ensure exhaustive testing of all assigned software areas to ensure software quality by exposing defects, identifying regressions, and verifying resolutions. Requires strong interpersonal and technical skills to work effectively and efficiently with development staff and fellow testers in order to resolve software defects. Must maintain a dynamic environment consisting of test programs, drivers, procedures, systems, and documentation on all Oracle software releases to be tested.   QUALIFICATIONS:  <divre></divre> 1. MS in Computer science and technology, software engineering and etc. Second year postgraduate is preferred

2. Strong domain knowledge in operating systems (Linux or Unix) and OS level testing experience in areas of kernel, networking and storage

  3. Familiar with script language skill (e.g. UNIX SHELL, Perl) 4. Proven analytical and problem solving skills. Quick learner for new technologies 5. Excellent communication skills and great teamwork player 6. Exhibits good project planning and time management skills 7. Self-motivated 8. Technical knowledge of Oracle product, development experience, networking will be a plus 9. Good written and spoken English   This is the golden opportunity to learn Oracle within Oracle, the challenging position provides training to lay the foundation of RAC and database stability, High Availability. Engineer will expose to latest Oracle technologies on varies platforms. Those experiences are extremely valuable toward the building solid foundations of RAC and High availability systems for future system architecture integration and consulting work.   The internship is half year.
