Responsibilities:

• Manage the cash and bank account of the company;
• Check the expense reports of individual employees before submission to the officer for approval;
• Keep proper custody of cash entrusted by the company;
• Prepare proper bank forms and applications;
• Deal with bank transactions;
• Collect rent and issue debit note & invoice；
• Bookkeeping and prepare financial reporting package
• Prepare aging report and chase outstanding debts
• Purchase invoice in Tax Bureau;
• Monthly and annual tax filing
• Collect all staff's reimbursement;
• Co-ordinate with other staff for external auditing business;
• Deal with bank loan & foreign debts

Requirements:

Good written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese.

• Familiar with accounting system operation, UFIDA preferred.
