IT/Server Officer
Main Activities
1. Troubleshoot all technology issues
2. Maintain log and/or list of required repairs and maintenance
3. Research current and potential resources and services
4. Provide network access to all staff
5. Install work stations
6. Connect and set up hardware
7. Load all required software
8. Provide network accounts and passwords as required
9. Monitor security of all technology
10. Input and maintain IP addresses
11. Advise staff of security breach and/or change in password or security status
12. Ensure installation of lock out programs
13. Identify and prepare hardware for disposal when appropriate
14. Ensure hardware is stripped and secured before disposal
CET 6 + is preferable
Must have strong MYSQL Server, Windows Server, Linux knowledge。
