岗位要求：

Position: Intern of Customer Service

Job Responsibility:

· Handle telephone inquiries (incoming calls).

· Send information by telephone or fax.

· Documentation works.

· Ready to take any ad-hoc projects which assigned by team leader.

· Introduce Maersk Line services to new customers.

· Assist customers in problem solving.

Requirement:

· Can work at least 3 days in a week (Monday to Friday)

· Pro-active

· Good sense of responsibility
