Field Application Specialist/Scientist, Detection Solutions Instrument (Guangzhou)
(Life Science and Discovery & Development Solutions Business Fields)

Position Responsibilities

Ÿ To actively promote LS Detection Solutions Instrument and related products and services offered by the company to the customers (end users) in China as well as to solve application / product problems promptly.
Ÿ To be personally involved in pre-sale and after-sale supporting activities, including seminars, RTD (round table discussion), joint calls, training on Guava and Luminex technology & applications, dry demo or wet demo to show our advantages and hardware installation & software training on customer sites.
Ÿ To keep good and up-to-date customer base and pay periodic visits to Key Accounts for delivering product information and getting user feedbacks on our products and services.
Ÿ To update competitor information timely, identify market opportunities and design a strategic plan with the support of Sales Supervisor.
Ÿ To edit and review all kinds of marketing materials including brochures, technical notes, technical files etc, particularly the translation verification.
Ÿ To closely work with Millipore instrument sales, marketing partners and local distributors.



Requirements/Qualification

Ÿ Master degree above in immunology or cell biology background.
Ÿ High Energy, Team player and the ability to work under pressure and meet sales goals.
Ÿ Excellent presentation skill & communication skill.
Ÿ Experience on flow cytometry or Luminex preferred.
Ÿ Sales experience preferred.
Ÿ Prior experience working in an office based scientific technical support role preferred.
Ÿ Good Command of English.
Ÿ Basic office computer software application skills
Ÿ Regular travel is required.
