采购

主要职责：

1)         促进客户与供应商之间的沟通交流

2)         协助或与团队一起为客户提供信息搜集服务

3)       识别、组织、分类潜在的供应商

4)         向工厂询价并报价给客户

5)         为客户进行汇编、审阅、指导成本分析

6)         下订单、跟进与管理客户订单

7)        协助质量控制团队进行质量控制与检测

8)         实施与协助快递和海运

9)         其他采购相关的职责

任职要求：

1)      教育背景：本科及以上，贸易、国际贸易或相关专业优先

2)      至少1-2年的采购工作经验

3)     了解国际贸易与制造业的基本知识

4)      良好的沟通、协调、组织、写作与解决问题的能力

5)      良好的团队合作者、负责、开朗、结果导向、自我驱动

6)      优秀的中英文听说读写能力

7)      优秀的人际技巧

8)      有工程或技术经验更好

Main Responsibilities

1)         Facilitate communications between customer and vendors.

2)         Working with and assisting a team to manage sourcing projects for customers.

3)         Identify, organize, and categorize potential vendors.

4)         Retrieve quotations from factories and quote to customers.

5)         Compile, review, and conduct cost analysis for customers.

6)         Place, follow up with, and manage customer orders.

7)        Work with Quality Control Team to support in quality control and inspections.

8)         Manage and support with logistics and shipping.

9)         Other sourcing related responsibilities.

Minimum Requirements

1)      Education: Bachelor or above. Preferred major in trade, international business, or related field.

2)      Minimum 1-2 year working experience in sourcing or procurement.

3)     Basic knowledge about international trade and manufacturing.

4)      Good ability in communications, coordination, organization, and composition and problem solving skills.

5)      Good team player, responsible, open-minded, results oriented and self-motivated.

6)      Excellent command of English and Chinese in listening, speaking, reading and writing.

7)      Excellent people skills.

8)      Technical/Engineering experience a plus.

10)   设计开发与改善网站

11)   维护公司网站

12)   内部程序的维护与开发

13)   发现并修理故障

14)   管理公司网络（包括MAC and Windows 系统）

15)   维护检修与IT 系统相关工作

16)   维护服务器、打印机及其他备份

17)   为新员工安装、设置电脑设备

18)   其他IT相关工作职责

 

任职要求：

9)    本科学历，计算机相关专业

10)       了解JavaScript、PHP、MySQL、WordPress Content Management System (CMS)、DBA 等相关知识者优先

11)       会英语者优先，通过CET4者优先

12)       具有团队合作精神

13)       做事有条理

14)       能够依据指示办事

15)       具有设定目标及按时完成目标的能力

2)         Maintaining company website.

3)         Internal programming maintenance and development.

4)         Troubleshooting.

5)         Managing the company computer network (both MAC and Windows).

6)         Troubleshooting and support for all IT related problems.

7)         Maintaining servers, backups and printers.

8)         Installing, setting up computers for new employees.

9)         Other miscellaneous IT tasks.

Minimum Requirements

1)      Graduate (BA/BS) with IT background

2)      JavaScript, PHP, MySQL, Wordpress Content Management System (CMS), DBA knowledge preferred

3)      Some English preferred, CET 4 a plus

4)      Team player

5)      Organized

6)      Able to follow directions clearly

7)      Able to set goals and achieve them on time.
