伊顿泸州工厂位于四川泸州市经济技术开发区, 距离市中心约10分钟车程，交通非常便利。

因业务需要，招聘数名以下培养方向的实习生，泸州及泸州周围生源优先。

1.       制造工程师培养方向

职位描述

ü         产品加工工装夹具的设计、工艺编制和现场实施问题处理；

ü         处理产品生产过程中出现的工艺技术和质量问题；

ü         新工艺项目试验、总结、实施和改进；

ü         产品工艺、工装的持续改进，提高效率，降低成本；

ü         产品周期管理。

职位要求

ü          机械工程专业本科及以上学历，；

ü          快速学习能力

ü          熟悉并掌握AutoCAD、Pro-e等软件的使用。

2.       物流工程师培养方向

职位描述

ü         供应商评估、管理；

ü         协调生产部根据不同产品分析和制定相应的产能

ü         物料分析及计划、协调供应商的供货进度以平衡总体的库存水平；

ü         应用SIOP工具，进行整个物流的管控，合理维护良性运转，持续改进库存周转率。

职位要求

ü          物流及相关专业本科以上学历；英语听说读写流利；

ü          快速学习能力；能熟练使用办公软件。

3.       人力资源专员培养方向

职位描述

ü         进行组织能力分析，编制长短期人力资源需求

ü         协调资源，为公司快速找到所需要岗位合适的候选人，管理整个招聘过程

ü         协调参与薪酬调查，分析调查数据，不断修正公司的薪酬福利方案

ü         根据业务发展和组织发展，制定与公司战略相一致的员工发展计划

ü         评估和协调管理员工关系和公司的激励方案。

职位要求

ü         研究生或相应学历；英语六级，听说读写流利

ü         快速学习和成长的能力；组织和沟通能力。

1. For Manufacturing Engineer

Job Description

ü       To design tooling, create the working instruction for tooling machining and solve the problems finding in the shopfloor timely

ü       To create the process flow and to define the parameters in the working instruction

ü       Put new process/project in the practice; Cycle time management

ü       Continuous improvement for process, tooling, productivity and cost reduction;

2. For SCM Engineer

Job Description

ü       Supplier assessment and management

ü       Coordinate Production department to analyze production capacity of various products

ü       Material analysis and planning, coordinate supplier’s lead-time to balance overall inventory level

ü       Manager overall supply chain process through SIOP tool to maintain and improve inventory turnover rate continuously

3. For HR Generalist

Job Description

ü       Organization capacity and capability analysis, make short and long term plans of HR

ü       Leverage resources to find appropriate candidates for needed positions and manage overall hiring process

ü       Participate in compensation survey, data analysis to toiler C & B policies and processes

ü       Assess and coordinate to manage employee relationship and motivation options.

Requirements for the above three positions

ü       Undergraduate or Postgraduate majored in related subjects with CET 6 certificate

ü       Strong Quick learning and growth skill; Strong organizing and communication skill

ü       Skilled in using office software or professional electronic tools
