2012 Sales Trainee Program

 

Program Summary

The Program is targeting at high caliber undergraduate students. The total duration of the program is 24 month in sales function. When the program is finished, the sales trainee will be appointed Sales Engineer based on his or her performance and the company needs.

Regular performance evaluations with coach, mentor and trainees themselves are during the whole program, to check progress against objectives, advice and help trainees to ensure personal development. All the Sales Trainees are expected to successfully pass annual appraisal upon program graduation.

Beijing, Suzhou, Anhui, Shanghai, Hangzhou, Guangzhou, Xi'an, Zhengzhou, Chengdu

Profile Qualification

Education Background

Bachelor degree. Major in mechanical engineer, automatization, electronic and etc.

Major in HVAC, Refrigeration or related is preferred.

Language Ability

Fluent in both written and oral English

Key Competency

Strong interpersonal and communication skill, Team work, Willing to work under pressure, Enthusiastic, With mobility, Quick learning capability
