1.职位：Recruiter Specialist

Job responsibility:
- Conduct talent search for specific positions independently when needed;
- Arrange hiring manager interview and tracking hiring status;
- Resume and files management, maintain accurate candidate database;
- Interview arrangement and follow-up, conduct first round interview;
- Prepare contract and process the on-boarding procedures;
- Perform follow-up as appropriate including reference checks, new hire orientation;

 

Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree
- 1-3 years relevant work experience in recruitment
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interview skills;
- Positive attitude and able to take multi task;
- Customer oriented. Strong service mindset, self-motivated, out-going & easy to approach;
- Must have a wide range of contacts in the industry;
- Proficiency in both Chinese and English, with good knowledge of PC application software.

 

2.职位：实习生（Recruiter）
