Weare inviting a lively and ambitious individual to join our International BusinessTeam asManagement Trainee.
 
Reporting directly tothePresident, you will undergo an accelerated three year program in production, quality, engineering, customer service, project management and international sales. Upon successful completion of the on-the-job training,you will develop into a full-fledged International Business Manager with profit-and-loss responsibilities.
 
Job Description: We willassignyou toand rotate inthe various businessareas based on the rate ofyourprogress over the training period, and expect you to:
 
-Grasp the key elements of the business area and become a contributing member of the team;
- Put your full body and mind in whatever you do and excel;
-Connect the dots, lead business process improvement that better serves the customers.
 
What We Are Looking for in You:
 
-Bachelor's degreeor above with good extra-curriculum track records (all majors are welcome, final year students can apply for internship first);
- Male or female with no more than three years working experience;
- High integrity, open-minded and willingness to adapt to new environment;
- Excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills;
- Able to communicate in English with native speakers;
-Great discipline and attention to details
