EasyLunettes is seeking a freelance FR Optical Dispenser or Optometrist to form part of our online optical customer service team. Working from the office or from home you will assist us to continue our excellent customer service record.
The candidate will have the following competencies:
- Be a registered Dispenser or Optometrist allowed to practice in France
- Desire for flexible hours and working from office/home
- Have very strong attention to detail and be able to work under pressure
- Be a lateral thinker and self starter with mature & balanced reasoning
- Proficient in the use of PC Office applications like Excel, Word, Outlook etc.
- Have an interest in the world of Internet & e-commerce
- Have strong Email and Internet communication skills
- Have access to PC/Internet/Email
- Be able to respond to Company requests within 24 hours during the working week
Your role will include:
- Double check/oversee customer prescriptions entered online
- Perform sample-based quality control checking on some of our products
- Contribute weekly to the EasyLunettes Blog and other online community forums
- Generate a monthly time sheet and account for time spent
- Other tasks as requested from management or the customer service team
