职位描述:
岗位职责 (Responsibility):
1、负责所辖区域的产品销售任务及市场和行业信息的收集;
2、负责销售区域内销售活动的策划和执行,完成销售指标;
3、开拓新市场,发展新客户,增加产品销售范围;
4、维护及增进已有客户关系;
5、完成部分技术支持工作,与客户进行技术交流。
1. Responsible for the sales of the assigned area or markets;
2. Responsible for the customer relationship maintenance and development in assigned area or markets;
3. Realized the sales targets assigned by the sales manager;
4. Involve the products promotion in assigned area or markets;
5. Fluent communication with internal sources to offer the best product solution to customers.
任职资格(Requirement):
1、硕士学历,物理、光学、电子类等理工科类相关专业;
2、熟悉光电行业产品市场,了解主流行业技术;
3、具备较强的客户沟通能力和较高的商务处理能力,具有良好的团队协作精神;
4、学习能力强,有挑战精神;
5、英语听说读写能力俱佳。
1. Master Degree with major in Physics, Optics, Applied Physics, EE or other related engineering degree,
2. Have rough understanding about Photonics market, especially in Laser markets;
3. Strong communication abilities with customer and colleagues;
4. Aggressive personality, open-minded character and team-working spirit;
5. Fluent oral and writing ability in English.
