    各位研二或大三的同学注意一下，如果想有微软实习的经历或是以后想在微软工作的同学，这里是一个比较好的机会。我现在是研三，在微软（亚洲）研究院实习，其实研究院的实习生们经常会羡慕工程院的那些，毕竟找工作的时候研究院是基本不招硕士生的，而工程院招人显然会倾向本院的实习生，所以在SQL这个组实习并能留下的机会还是比较大的，希望有兴趣的同学关注一下。下面是具体的职位信息：

We are facing a challenge. We are looking for expert like you to help improve our internal engineering tools. These tools are important in contributing to our success. 

 

If you would like to write code and design efficient data structures and algorithms to develop next-generation applications or operating systems, this job is for you. 

 

You will work side by side with some of the most brilliant experts in Software Engineering field, using state of art engineering process. You'll learn how to make decisions about design and feature implementation, using your mastery of technical tools to help make a product vision a reality.

 

We are looking for a talented, highly motivated individual. We ask for someone with strong software development and testing skill with the passion to work in globally distributed cooperative environment to help team achieve high quality on schedule product delivery.

 

Qualifications: 

Pursuing a BS/MS or PhD degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related field ; 

1-2 years' experience programming in C/C++/C#, Java and/or other O-O programming languages preferred; 

Fast Leaner;

Ability to derive creative and innovative solutions ;

Expertise in feature definition, design, and feasibility;

Accountable, demonstrated ability to deliver on time

Able to contribute at least 3 days per week for 6 months

Experience on SQL Server will be a big advantage
