职位描述/要求：
Key responsibilities:
1.To work collaboratively with other teachers to support students in their learning and development of appropriate study skills and subject specific language.
与其他教师合作，协助学生学习并掌握适当的学习方法。
2. To follow the direction and guidance of the Senior Lecturer in regards to the delivery of course work.
在授课过程中完成高级讲师的要求
3. To assist in the marking of formative assessments and to monitor students’ learning, when appropriate, in conjunction with other teachers.
帮助批改作业，与其他教师合作，监督学生学习
4. To prepare students for final summative assessments. To be involved in setting and marking examinations when required.
准备学生的学年评语及做好考试的准备和批改工
5. To maintain accurate records of student performance, of teaching and learning activity, to monitor student attendance and, as required, to prepare appropriate reports.
保存好学生档案，监督学生出勤情况，必要时，作出相应报告
Requirements:
a. Related Master’s degree holder
相关专业硕士学历
b. Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills including native speaker fluency in written and spoken English.
极佳的人际沟通能力及演讲技巧。英语口语书写流利
c. A commitment to teamwork.
有团队精神
d. Competence in the effective use of Information and Communications Technologies (ICT).
熟练运用电脑及网络
e. Proven planning and organisational skills.
