We are seeking for a Receptionist to join our growing team. Reporting directly to the Accounting Manager.

 

The candidate will have the following competencies

1. 负责访客、来宾、面试人员的接待,引见工作。

2. 负责办公电话接听及转接,复印文档,传真、信件和快递的接收、发放工作。

3. 负责办公物品的保管工作,做好物品的出入库登记。

4. 负责员工的入职离职手续,及时更新员工资料。

5. 负责国内订单的下单和发货工作(很少。)

6. WPS支持

 

The successful candidate will be performing the following

1. Handle the reception with guests and Interviewers.

2. Answer and transfer phone calls, copying documents, fax, receiving and sending the letters and Express delivery.

3. Custody of office items, checking the stock.

4. Handle the process of employee hiring and leaving. Update the information of employee.

5. Handle to book and deliver the orders in China

6. Provide support to other department

7. Ability to communicate in Basic English

8. Basic computer skills
