协助人力资源顾问分析人才寻访方向和渠道
 根据客户指定的行业、职能访寻目标候选人通过有效的电话沟通技巧与目标候选人进行沟通
 调查候选人的经验背景,向人力资源顾问进行信息反馈能独立完成指定的工作量要求
 与目标人才联络与沟通并初步判断其合适度,说服目标人才提供简历
 安排候选人的面试
 更新人才数据库,并准备评估报告,推荐报告等相关文件
职位要求:
 大学本科及以上学历,英语四级以上
 出色的电话沟通能力,能运用英语与候选人简单交流
 善于通过各种渠道搜寻信息,工作态度积极主动
 良好的责任心和主动性
Responsibilities:
 Work in partnership with consultants to conduct database search for designated projects
 Perform cold-calling, warm-calling and/or referral-calling to existing and/or potential candidates to find out job related information, e.g. current employment status, contact details and salary information
 Update existing candidate's profiles in Bullhorn when the latest information is obtained and complete the work independently
 Pursue candidate’s resumes
 Interview arrangements
 Updating the data system and preparing report
Position Requirements:
 Diploma and above education degree,CET-4 and above
 Fluent in English and feel comfortable to conduct cold calls and interview candidates over the phone
 Strong database search skill
 Fast, organized, responsible and able to work to deadlines
 Ambitious and initiative
