Job Description
. To administrate important documentation, such as OP binder, personal development plan, Training Records, main incoming & outgoing documents, expense claims etc.
. To conduct the distribution and filling of documents.
. To edit documents according to Ericsson Standards.
. To pass Concur claims and submit to Finance.
. To help organizing the internal and external seminar & meeting etc..
. To manage the testing tools and fixed assets. And record equipment borrow and follow up return status.
. To order and arrange stationery.
. To manage the main correspondence filing system.
. To introduce the rules and regulations for the unit and the company to new employees. To introduce the company system to new employee (such as MUS, Concur etc.)
. To act as administration and security coordinator with relevant unit.
. To help line manager allocate resource in MORE system, get good result for planned utilization.
Qualification Criteria
· University degree or equivalent within business administration.
. Independent self-motivated and well organized with analytical mind.
. Service minded, flexible and discreet (when referring to confidential matters).
. Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills.
. Fluent English both in writing and speaking
. A good working knowledge of PC use.
. Well organized, flexible, professional, able to solve problems.
. Be good at Excel, PPT and office software in daily work.
. Comfortable working at data maintaining and reporting
