Purpose

 

 

The Sales intern will be involving different sales activities including photo research, customer services, clients' development etc. This position provides support to the sales team from account management prospecting within clients group, closing client sales, assisting invoices, satisfying customers' needs and identifying the business opportunities.

 

 

 

Responsibilities

 

 

• Assist the sales team to meet or exceed established monthly revenue benchmark
• Response to client licensing inquiries and requests for pricing and research requests
• Proactively target high-potential clients to increase existing image licensing volume.
• Identify new client opportunities and develop new prospective customer lists
• Enter all client interaction and transaction notes in CRM systems
• Prepare timely quotation & invoices for the licensing
• Other work assigned by manager

 

 

Required Skills

 

 

• Year 3 or 4 students studying in advertising, communication, marketing or related field
• Fluent in verbal and written English and Chinese. CET-6 is preferable
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented with strong time management skills required
• Outgoing personalities, fast-learner and able to work under pressure
• No prior experience required; must exhibit skills/abilities and behaviors that are essential to success in this position.

 

Able to work 3 full days per week, during Monday to Friday
