Position1: Application Engineer _ IDS
Position Summary
The position requires application responsibility of automotive turbochargers including Distributor/Allmakes team interface to gather technical requirements, select the right product from BW product line for each application, coordinate internal activities of matching, prototyping, validation and release, etc, and solving the engineering issues during the product application development stage.
Responsibilities
Learn and master the knowledge of turbocharger products from BorgWarner global tech centers in the USA and Germany through training and regular meetings.
Interface with Distributor/allmakes team for applications of BW turbocharger products.
Create DVP&R(Design Verification Plan and Report) and coordinate the support from other functional areas (validation and release, quality, manufacturing) to validate the products.
Provide a smooth interchange of ideas and information between managers, engineers, co-workers, and customers.
Provide technical support to engineering issues from both suppliers and customers.

Position2: Designer
Position Summary
The position requires daily CAD operation for 3D models and 2D drawings of turbocharger and emissions products parts or assembly. The designer should get requests from application engineers or others for specific CAD instructions and expected outputs.
Responsibilities
1. Communication with application engineers or others for CAD request.
2. Perform CAD work on ProE as a standard CAD environment in BorgWarner.
3. Check the 3D model per request.
4. Perform tolerance stack analysis if necessary.
5. Dimensional or installation check review with design leaders or requesters before release.
6. Support customers on site if needed for packaging study.
7. Support suppliers for parts structure, dimension and manufacturability.
Position3: Manufacturing Engineer/ Industry Engineer
Position Summary
Manufacturing expert on production equipment  
Responsibilities
Performs manufacturing engineering work relating to production assembly processes
Plans & oversees manufacturing equipment related to assembly processes
Assists in planning of equipment, workflow sequence, assembly methods and equipment utilization
Focus on quality of products produced in the assembly systems
Track, analyze and record equipment overall effectiveness and identify process improvements
Identify & implement process cost reductions
Maintain manufacturing excellence on all equipment
Create equipment preventive maintenance procedures
Assist in training of production operators and maintenance personnel on production equipment
Work in team environment with Morse TEC Quality and Application Engineers on current. production issues and future customer programs
Safety awareness is a priority requirement. 
Adhere to Morse TEC safety rules and practices.
Identify safety equipment and provide safety training on production processes.
Promote safety in all activities and be a leader in dealing with safety issues through-out the facility
Create and update production floor documents relating to production equipment: Process flows, PFMEA, control plans, operator work instructions, routing standards
Plan and oversee the installation and startup of manufacturing equipment. Train operators and maintenance personnel on newly installed equipment
Plan and define product packaging specifications and assist Purchasing Department in implementing the packaging specifications.

Position4: Quality Engineer
Position Summary
The Quality Assurance Engineer shall provide quality support to assigned production operations to insure the integrity of components and products produced by those operations. The individual will aggressively drive quality improvement efforts in assigned area with goal of achieving ""zero defect"" performance and support process improvement and problem-solving efforts with focus on protecting and improving product quality.
Responsibilities
Oversees integrity of product quality for assigned area through participation as integral part of manufacturing team.
Drives and champions quality improvement efforts.
Provides expert analysis, guidance and support to Production in Process Improvement activities, including effective use of Problem-Solving tools / techniques and statistical analysis.
Responsible for New Product Qualification, and verification of changes to current product.
Through the application of APQP, supports the external customers in New Product Introduction.
Insures that internal customer needs for Control Systems are met in a timely and functional manner.
Results for this position will be measured by improvements to Customer Satisfaction and Internal Scrap rate.
Optimizes Process Capability on significant characteristics through effective application of statistical analysis techniques and training of Production in Problem-Solving.
Applies knowledge of Inspection Equipment and Techniques to provide timely data usable for informed decision-making.
Utilizes analytical skill sets to implement root cause analysis and provide recommendations for corrective action.


Position5: FEA Engineer
Position Summary
Can do mechanical simulation analysis independently, and give the solution for design optimization and products' failure analysis; familiar with engine and turbocharger structure and working principles; familiar with FEA software
Responsibilities
1) Perform engineering analyses (mechanical, vibration, thermal, dynamics, LCF and HCF, etc.)
2) Identify structural design risk and provide design solutions via simulation approaches
3) Participate in the development of improved design guidelines consistent with customer requirements; Generate technical reports and present to internal and external customers.
4) Perform appropriate level of CAD function to develop design concept
5) Apply engineering and problem solving methods and tools (FMEAs, 8ds) in resolving engineering design problems
