Application Support (Intern)
Job Description:
Performs the production technical support for the applications of client.
Troubleshoots incidents and identifies problems.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Resolve production incidents and service request in a timely manner.
Job Requirements:
Experienced on Java/J2EE
CET 4 is required, CET 6 is preferred.
Availability:
At least 3 to 4 days a week available in the office, 5 days a week is preferred.
