Position Title: ITO intern
Business: GE Energy
Location: Zhang Jiang Hi-Tech, SH
No. Of Opening: 1
Expected on Board Date: ASAP
Job Description:
- Work as proposal engineer to cover pre-qualification and simple proposal development;
- Assist team to collect and update standard bidding documents periodically;
- Assist team to update e-tool and verify Cockpit reporting data;
- Assist team to manage ITO library;
- Assist PE to prepare proposal materials;
- Assist PE to print, binding and chop proposal;
Qualification:
- Be responsible and highly motivated, be able to deliver work within limited timeframe
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills, good team player, clear thinker, Quick-learner
- Good skills in excel, word, etc.
- Good command of English
- More than 3 days per week is a plus
