Position Requirements:
1. Have Bachelor degree in electronic engineering, mechanical engineering, or similar discipline.
2. Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
3. Have good all-round aptitude for mechanical and electrical problem-solving.
4. Energetic and passionate at work, and able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
5. Knowledge of quality tools such as Six Sigma, SPC, FMEA would be a plus.
6. Have good competence in both verbal and written English, CET-6 is preferred.
7. Good computer skills, such as Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Main responsibilities include process improvement and optimization, reduction of scrap rate, improve yield and efficiency.
2. Create and update the process flow chart, FMEAs, procedures and work instructions, etc.
3. Apply quality tools such as Six Sigma, POKA YOKE, SPC, to do continuous improvements.
4. Provide support to Manufacturing and Quality on daily yield and scrap reduction activities.
5. May need to provide process training to operators for better understanding of the importance of quality and process control.
6. Participate in customer complaint team investigations and implement Corrective & Preventive Actions where necessary.
