    职位：客户服务工程师
   
    主要职责：
    1.负责对客户提供调试、维护等技术支持；
    2.处理客户投诉，进行现场技术服务和电话技术指导，分析原因并解决现场技术问题；
    3.制定技术方案满足客户应用需求，提高客户满意度。
   
    要求：
    1.机械类相关专业；
    2.英语四级以上，运用熟练；
    3.良好的学习能力，问题分析和解决能力；
    4.良好的协调沟通能力和团队合作意识；
    5.身体健康。
