Major Responsibilities:
1. Provide secretarial and administrative support to senior executives or guests
2. Arrange travel itineraries, including visas, tickets, hotel, and expenses reimbursement
3. Arrange appointments / meetings and prepare agenda and minutes
4. Support in office purchase
5. Involvement in the organization of meetings, events
6. Other Admin/Operation related tasks.
Qualifications:
• University student major in English, Business Administration and others
• Minimum 3 days per week;
• Related Admin intern experience is a strong plus
• Fluent English (both written and spoken) and good communication skills both internally and externally;
• Can-do attitude and good team work;
• Strong problem solving skills and the ability to work independently in a multitasking environment;
• Working knowledge of all Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
