Next Generation Program
National Oilwell Varco has developed the Next Generation Program, which will train and develop high potential college graduates for future leadership positions. The first year of employment for a Next Gen employee is rotational throughout the numerous divisions of National Oilwell Varco. The customized rotational schedule focuses on providing a well-rounded experience in such capacities as sales, engineering, marketing, accounting, finance, operations, manufacturing, and information systems. The training period will last approximately one year and will be in potential domestic and international rotations.
Qualifications
All applicants must have excellent academic performance and graduate no later than July 2011 with a degree in business, liberal arts, mechanical, civil, industrial, petroleum, computer, or electrical engineering. Candidates should possess strong values, a diligent work ethic, and good communication skills. Applicants should be team oriented and adaptable to change.
Any International experience or language skills are encouraged.
