Role Description:

1. Actively look for quality candidates for database enrichment

2. Conduct phone / face-to-face interview based on structured Technical / Behavior questionnaires

3. Introduce appropriate job orders to candidates

4. Update system on a timely manner in regarding to candidates' career history, skills, interview comments etc.

5. Follow-up candidates' offer negotiation, offer signing, and on-boarding

6. Work with Senior Consultants closely; introduce appropriate positions to interviewed candidates

7. Follow up candidates who are presented to clients for the whole recruitment process. Prepare candidates well before their interviews with client. Provide support in offer negotiation, offer signing and on-boarding

8. Identify suitable candidates through various channels in a creative and persistent manner, conduct preliminary telephone screening of the candidates approached

9. Database management: updating, segmenting, uploading new CVs and appraisals into Company database

10. Assist in job posting, ad content and placement, resume review, candidate screening and interviewing

Person Description:

1. Good interpersonal communication skill and good presentation skill

2. Down to earth, hard working, responsible and careful

3. Can work under pressure, have the sense of deadline, mature and result driven

4. Logical thinking and good understanding

5. Passion for recruitment and related industry

6. Good command of English, both written and oral

7. Sales experience in telecom / IT (without recruitment exp) is also highly appreciated
