Position: Accountant Assistant (Full time regular)

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work closely with accountant on the following:

· Process vendor invoices
· Process associates' expense reports
· Generate and review preliminary check register
· Input expense re-class adjustments
· Respond to vendor and associate inquiries
· Reconcile invoice register with invoice batch totals
· Reconcile A/P detail and GL
· Review and resolve hold report problems
· Maintain vendor/employee master listing
· Assist with various special projects as needed
· Locates and extracts information from files and records as requested
 

REQUIREMENTS:
· Excellent data entry speed and accuracy
· High attention to detail
· Strong customer service orientation
· Good communication skills
· Excellent planning and organizing skills
· Familiarity with computers and accounting software
· Ability to work in a team environment

* With some internship experience.
