Title: HR Intern
Location: Beijing
Responsibility:
File employees personal information and employment contract
Maintain & update all HR related documents in public drive
Assist in interview arrangement and recruitment related activities
Assist in training coordination and training report issues.
Support HR team with all administrative related activities and employee activities
Other special tasks
Requirement:
-University student, Bachelor degree above, preferably major in Human Resource Management, English, Business or Economics.
-Demonstrated responsible working attitude, hard-working, detail-oriented, systematic.
-Excellent English both in oral and written
-Good command of Word, Excel and PPT;
-Be able to work at least 3 days a week for minimum 2 months（need to work during winter vacation）.
