岗位名称：关键流程控制专员
工作地点：深圳
岗位描述：
-直接汇报对象为安全与风险管理部门经理
-与IBM内部不同部门（销售、项目管理等）的核心成员密切合作，以保证持续性的审计工作顺利完成
-将会获得专业化的相关培训，成为IBM认证的内部审计专业人才
-将会获得与澳大利亚、新西兰IBM的同事一起工作的机会
-针对不同的业务线执行持续性和阶段性的控制
-控制计划制定，风险识别，控制测试，控制报告撰写
-确保所有的风险被精准地识别，内控工作被合理地设计以有效地降低风险
-与相关的部门沟通协调并保证公司规定和流程的复审顺利进行
-推动风险控制文化在公司内部的顺利传播
要求：
-学士学位及以上，商科相关专业优先考虑
-重点大学2011届毕业生优先考虑，1-2年工作经验亦可考虑
-广东话流利优先考虑
-良好的人际交往能力
-独立自主、敢于为人先、驱动力强、具有团队精神
-良好的逻辑思维

Position: Internal Business Controller
This position is based in Shenzhen.
Job Description:
-Report directly to department head
-Work closely with core members from other department (such as sales, project team) to ensure the successful of implementation of continuous auditing and business control
-Will be trained to be a certified specialized business controller in IBM
-Will have the opportunity to work with IBM talents from all over the world, such as Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan etc
-Perform both continuous controlling and periodical controlling on different business lines
-Perform audit planning, risk identification, controls testing and reporting writing
-Ensure all risks are identified and adequate internal controls are designed to mitigate the risks effectively.
-Coordinate relevant departments to review policies and procedures
-Contribute to the dissemination and awareness of risk control culture in the group

Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree or above, business related majors are preferred
-2011 fresh graduates from top universities are preferred, one or two years work experience is acceptable
-Cantonese speakers are preferred
-Strong communication skills
-Independent self-starter and good team player
-Highly analytical
