Responsibility:
1.Support APAC GM Executive Assistant with a variety of administrative tasks, e.g. meeting organization, travel and transportation arrangement, filing, translation, reimbursement, etc .
2.Assist APAC GM Executive Assistant in carrying out assignment follow-up, report as well as communication and coordination;
3.Support visitor’s requirement, such as invitation letter release for visa application, hotel booking, logistic arrangement , etc.
4.Assist CSE Communication within China
5.Assist APAC event/tasks as assigned
6.Other administrative tasks assigned when necessary.
Requirements:
1.Bachelor degree, major in Secretary, English, or business-related with administrative working experience is preferred; excellent fresh graduate is ok.
2.Excellent oral and written communication skills both in English and Chinese;
3.Very high proficiency with PC skills, particularly with MS word, excel and power point;
4.Confidence, professionalism, and efficiency in managing responsibilities.
5.Have good team work spirit
