工作角色：
工艺工程师需要按照TS16949规范要求负责产品设计验证，产品报价，定义工艺流程以及执行工程变更。
工作职责
1. 给予其他部门有关于弹簧设计以及计算的必要培训。
2. 负责产品可行性分析以及产品报价。
3. 负责产品前期质量策划。
4. 负责工程更改。
5. 与客户以及供应商进行技术讨论处理质量问题。
6. 在工程部经理的指导下完成改进措施。
7. 在样品试生产阶段，负责工艺/产品的质量监测与测量。
8. 按照TS16949要求准备生产件批准程序的相关质量文件。

Job Title: Process Engineer
Reports to: Engineering Manager
Job Role
The Process Engineer is responsible for product design review and validation, product costing, defining the manufacturing processes and implement Engineering Change in accordance with TS16949 requirement.
Job Function
1. Provide necessary training to other department on spring design and calculation.
2. Responsible for product feasibility study and product costing.
3. Responsible for Advanced Product Quality Plan.
4. Responsible for engineering change.
5. Technical discussion and addressing quality issues with customers and suppliers.
6. Responsible for improvement actions according to Engineering Manager instruction..
7. Responsible for Process / Product monitoring and measurement in sample stage.
8. Prepare Production Part Approval Procedure Documentation in line with TS16949.
Qualification and Requirement
Bachelor degree in material engineering.
English level at least ETC Grade 4.
Careful, conscientious and responsible, with the right attitude.
