Job Responsibilities:
1. Management of domestic sales and export through Order/Contract making, shipping schedules and L/C reviews when necessary.
2. Coordinate between suppliers and customers on logistics and payment.
3. Monitor and supervise the orders execution, delivery and inventory status.
4. Duly report on sales activity progress.
5. Import registration issues and customer complaint management.
6. Marketing information tracking and investigate.
7. Other administration affairs.
Qualification:
Education: University degree in sales & marketing, International trade, business administration or equivalent field.
1. Open mind, confident and optimistic.
2. Excellent skills in computer, especially in MS Office.
3. Strong demand for motivation.
4. Responsible and respect on the word and contract.
5. Good personality and teamwork attitude. Self-motivated and customer focused are required.
6. Good communication, planning and analytical skills are required.
7. Fluent in English and Mandarin.
8. Fresh graduates and female are preferred.
